All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our professional assessment of project requirements.

Quotes and Estimates

When you request a quote through our website or by phone, we provide estimates based on the information you give us. These estimates are not final prices. The final cost may change after we inspect your property and assess the full scope of work.

We will always discuss any price changes with you before starting work. You have the right to accept or decline the revised quote.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during normal business hours to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe access to the work area.

We maintain general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for our team. You will be provided with proof of insurance upon request.

Please keep children and pets away from the work area during construction for their safety.

Changes to Project Scope

If you want to make changes to the project after work has begun, we will provide you with a written change order detailing the additional costs and timeline impact.

We cannot implement changes without a signed change order and any required additional payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your service agreement.

Deposits for materials already ordered or work already completed are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

RegalPro Albany Decks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Dispute Resolution
